Lindum Business Park is a thriving business centre with around forty diverse companies, including Lindum Head Office and varying divisions, occupying the 24 acre site.  Situated to the south of the City of Lincoln, the Business Park lies within the industrial and commercial sector of the City.

Road links are good with the dualled A46 providing access to the A1.  Newark Northgate Rail Station is only twenty minutes away with an excellent link to Kings X.

Managed workspace is available on the Business Park, with Lindum offering quick and easy access office space on licence, specifically designed for start up businesses.

The offices provide high quality, serviced accommodation and the monthly licence fee includes central reception, heating and power.  Car parking, building maintenance, building insurance, cleaning of common areas, kitchen and meeting room facilities are also included within this monthly rental.

Following completion of the licence and subject to satisfactory references, occupation is immediate, just requiring one month’s rental payable in advance.  One month’s notice can be given at any time by either tenant or landlord.

Also available on site are workshop and storage facilities varying from 1,000 sq ft to 35,000 sq ft on either licence or long term lease.

The business park is 24 hour man guarded with additional CCTV and dome PIR cameras.  Ample, non-designated car parking is available to tenants and visitors.

Support services could include electrical, plumbing, car maintenance and MOT’s, tyre fitting and joinery services.  Use of all meeting rooms, IT support, Accounting, Marketing and even Venture Capital, all contained within the Business Park.

BT and Virgin Media phone lines with ADSL and broadband connections service the site.

Conference facilities to accommodate up to around fifty people are available to hire on a daily basis in the ‘Atrium’ on the second floor of Jubilee Place, with disabled access and catering available.
