Joint Venture Property


Lindum JV Property was established in 2002, primarily to facilitate joint venture development opportunities, selecting partners on their knowledge and approach and working with people we know and respect.

The division has extensive experience in land sourcing, funding, design and build construction and ‘total procurement management’.  As well as freehold and leasehold commercial premises Lindum JV Property specialises in the delivery of affordable housing and mixed use development schemes.

Currently our joint venture companies include:


Temple Garth

A joint venture with Castle Square Developments. 

 

Having commenced in 1997, our longest running JV has resulted in the successful completion of commercial and retail schemes such as Gateway Park, Lincoln which has attracted BMW (left), McDonalds, Evans Easy Space and Whitbread plc.

We also continue to work with Castle Square on a design and build basis including the retail units above in Lincoln.


Kingswater Lindum

Kingswater Lindum, with offices in Mayfair, has been involved in schemes across the country including Swindon, Coventry, Derby and Leicester.  Our first venture together was the Grantavon House scheme, an apartment block on Brayford East, Lincoln for North British Housing Association.

Further residential schemes have been carried out on a speculative basis and for other RSL’s (registered social landlords). 

Recently the joint venture has expanded into the commercial sector and the provision of industrial premises for rent and sale.

Rugby Lindum

A partnership between Lindum and Rugby Investments, and our youngest 'jv' Working mainly in the East Midlands we have already brought a number of residential schemes and business premises to the market.

Lindum Developments

Working closely with our Holdings division, Lindum Devlepments is able to deliver a 'one stop shop' in terms of leasehold and freehold building procurement.  Although most schemes are pre-sold or pre-let, speculative schemes have been carried out throughout the region and tenants now include Howdens, Topps Tiles and BSS Group Ltd.
