Lindum Security

There was a time when we used security firms to protect our sites from vandelism and theft. Then we realised that 'regular' security checks made it easier for the criminals - all they had to do was 'time' the security checks in order to find a clear 'window of opportunity' in between these checks to damage at their leisure!

The answer, for us, was to recruit and train our own security team and to invest in a state of the art security system which provides 24 hour (live) CCTV monitoring for our premises and construction sites. The crime incident rates have plummeted, our insurance premiums have benefited, but most of all, delays caused by disruptions to our sites have been minimal.

Today, our security team offers its expertise in designing and installing security monitoring systems all over the East Midlands (East Midlands Airport is one of our customers!) and, where appropriate, we offer key-holding and mobile patrol and lock up facilities in conjunction with rapid response CCTV monitoring services.

A large number of our neighbours and clients have already enjoyed the benefit of the services offered by Lindum Security.
