Land is an important element of our business - be it for Development or Housing. We are always in the market for acquisition, as long as the land is in the right place (location, location, location) and at the right price. 

Our involvement in Development Projects is dominated by Joint Venture arrangements with other [specialist] developers. This enables us to reach out to a wider market ranging from commercial developments to public sector and housing association schemes.

In the case of commercial developments, we are able to offer sale and lease back arrangements, leasehold developments or freehold options as required. In many cases [depending on the covenant] we can provide turnkey funding if needed.
