We successfully complete new build projects up to a value of £15m. These projects are in a variety of sectors including Food Processing Factories, Engineering Facilities, Offices, Retail Units, Flats, Housing Associations, Student Accommodation, Education, Medical Centres and Leisure Facilities.

The diversity of the group enables us to become a real stakeholder in any project; we have the ability to comment on design and life time costings, we can help with funding, we even give you a view on maximising tax opportunities as well as land location and acquisition.  All of this makes us an ideal partner for any client who would welcome an inclusive approach to project management.

Whilst we maintain a strong local presence across Lincolnshire, this approach has allowed us to build a reputation throughout the East Midlands and East Anglia - and for the right project or for an existing client - we will travel further afield.
