Refurbishment

A substantial element of our turnover consists of rerfurbishment projects (extensions, re-modelling and alterations) in the Industrial, Food, Leisure, Commercial Property, Education and Housing Sectors.  Projects range in value from £500 to £8m.

We employ highly trained operatives and we provide high standards of quality, service and value to all of our clients.  Our directly employed staff all wear corporate clothing and are instantly recognisable - we are proud of our in-house expertise and the dedication of our employees; Especially when we proclaim that 'The Difference is our People'.

In addition to refurbishment projects, our Lincoln based BMS division provides 'planned' and 'reactive' maintenance programmes.  Current clients include Insurance Companies, Housing Associations, Schools, Colleges and Commercial Organisations.  For some clients (Siemens, MOD) we provide an annual site-based service.

Our Roofing Division, KGM Roofing, is particularly active in the refurbishment market - a key feature of our roofing refurbishment projects is the provision of a safe working environment for the factory floor, whilst we work on the roof directly overhead.
