Project Summary:

The project was completed on time and contains an auditorium for 300 people, a crèche, a cafe and conference facilities. Externally there is parking for 90 cars, a secure play area for children using the crèche and a patio/seating area outside the cafe.

The building is finished to an extremely high standard and a particular feature is the steel and glass main staircase which makes an immediate impression when one enters the building.

The project is a testimony of what can be achieved when the developer, end user and contractor work as a team to incorporate significant late changes into a project but still deliver a high quality building on time and within budget.
