Project Details
Design and build project to construct 48 extra care apartments, for sale and rent, with communal facilities and car park. The structure is 4 storey mainly timber frame, with an insitu concrete frame and transfer slab to the common area on the ground floor.
Building incorporates sprinklers to common areas using a rainwater harvesting tank. The flats have a sprinkler system served off the waste water.
A combined heat and power unit serves the heating to the flats. The common areas have underfloor heating.
The building has various elevational treatments in the form of aluminium windows, brickwork, render and boarding.
