Project Details
This Phase 2 extension follows on from the Phase 1 Lindum constructed in 1994. The two storey office block involved forming a reinforced raft, with masonry walls, first floor being precast concrete with timber trusses and slate roof, tarmac parking area and block paved courtyard at rear.
