Projects

Works were undertaken on the site of a fully operational food manufacturing facility to convert the Croft Building to form first floor office accommodation, construct a new Engineering Workshop and construct a new link bridge to connect the Croft Building welfare accommodation with the adjacent Mill building.

Concurrent works included the formation of a new staff car park entrance, car park security, and new safe access route across site.

The principle issues addressed on this project were:
- Maintaining client production including a food safe environment and pest control operations.
- Exposing and dealing with issues arising from working within an old factory, ie. asbestos and buried services.
- Working with the client to phase work to suit production requirements.
