Project Details
Design and Build of a new two storey medical centre with space for a pharmacy on Laceby Road.
Design includes; render and timber rainscreen cladding, aluminium windows and feature curtain walling to the front elevation.
The site access is shared with the neighbouring church and our site team have worked closely to maintain a good relationship with all surrounding properties, including the end user who are next door.
We have used a range of local subcontractors from the groundwork contractor to the window manufacturer.
