Project Details
The design and construction of a 3 storey office building to house a relocating local solicitors firm. The building was formed with a steel frame and a traditional brick and block envelope.
The central circulation area has an insulated flat roof with the 2 ‘wings’ having timber truss and tiled construction. The building is fully air conditioned and incorporates a building management system to control temperature, ventilation, door access and CCTV.
