Project Details
This four storey building forms Phase 2 of the Sparkhouse Studios for the University of Lincoln following the Phase 1 development carried out by Lindum in 2003. Built on the site of the old railway goods yard, the facility offers cutting edge building techniques, such as a Sedum Roofing System and photovoltaic cells and will provide university graduates and new businesses with subsidised rented office and workshop space.
The building achieves BREEAM Excellent.
