Project Details
Construction of a 48,700 sq ft Warehouse with integral offices and dock levellers to replace a previous warehouse completely destroyed by fire. This building notably features pioneering use of Kingspan KS 1000 Translucent Wall Light lookalike glazing panels in lieu of high level windows.
The 15,400 sq ft Cold Store is constructed to maintain storage at temperatures as low as -18 deg C. Blast chiller, heat mat, heated door jambs, specialist light fittings and white wall hygiene specification are key features.
Both buildings were successfully completed within budget, ahead of programme and to a high specification throughout.
