This project comprised of the general fitting out of an old car showroom facility including structural and external works to form a youth and conference centre over 2 floors approximately 3,300m2 gross floor area. The building includes a  recording studio, health and beauty salon, activity rooms, internet/games/cafe zone, restaurant, climbing zone, youth party zone, conference centre, office spaces etc. The first floor area was increased to accommodate conference centre, office spaces and recording studio by introduction of a composite mezzanine floor.

The project was won through competitive tender and then negotiated with the client to agree a final figure. The mechanical and electrical services were value engineered to give the client more value for money through the use of energy efficient lighting, heating and cooling systems whilst also generating cost savings by means of value engineered structural elements such as partitions to meet the client's overall budget.

Project was delivered in good time for the client’s direct subcontractors to gain access to undertake further fit out works for recording studio, games zone and
restaurant.
