Project Details
The existing 1970s building was looking very dated and the design team provided a solution of upgrading the eave detail to a modern bullnose and
providing new powder coated column casings over the original precast concrete.
The roofs were upgraded to provide increased insulation and a 40 year lifespan, by using Kingspan composi te panels.
KGM worked in close association with our Construction division during term times ensuring that the students were not affected by the major refurbishment works.
