Welcome to KGM Roofing

Over the last 35 years, we have become one of the most successful roofing and cladding contractors in the East Midlands. We operate locally, regionally and on occasions nationally. This gives us a stable platform to expand in what we do well; that is projects in both new build and refurbishment markets.

Much of our work is founded on long-term relationships with clients, supported by a deep understanding of the sectors we support. For example we have worked with Perkins Engines (a member of the Caterpillar Group) for over 25 years in the refurbishment of their engine depot, employing a safe standard of work enabling them to carry on manufacturing engines whilst we re-clad their roof at the same time.

As an award winning company we are recognised for the quality of our cladding installation, as such we have been one the longest standing approved Corus Kalzip, Hunter Douglas Luxalon and Sarnafil contractors in the United Kingdom. Other systems we install include Kingspan composite panelling, Quedron and EuroClad cladding systems, Corus Panels & Profiles composite panelling, Paroc structural panelling, Dales architectural aluminium building products, Ashjack flat to pitch roof conversion support systems to name a few.

KGM are un-like many cladding contractors as we are a member of the Lindum Group Limited. After joining the group 32 years ago we enjoy the financial backing and benefits of being a part of a £95 million group of companies. Being part of the group allows us to do the following:

  • Employ all of our staff, eliminating the need for sub-contract personnel and allowing KGM to have more control over the quality of our work.
  • Each employee is a share holder, allowing them to enjoy share dividends twice a year resulting in much improved team work.
  • Training on all manufacturer systems for both our office based and site based staff, keeping us all up-to-date with new systems in line with current building regulations.
