Refurbishment
In our 35 years of trading we have built up a wealth of experience as refurbishment of existing buildings is a substantial element of our business. We understand that the installation procedures involved in the refurbishment of an existing building are completely different to that of a new building.
Our experience and safe practice at work, which has won KGM the National Federation of Roofing Contractors Gold Safety Standard and the Chas accreditation for health and safety, has enabled us to offer a re-roofing service that allows the client provision of a safe working environment for the factory floor whilst we work on the roof directly overhead.
We can and usually do carry out the role as Principal Contractor under the CDM regulations on refurbishment projects.
Our list of clients includes Rolls Royce, Perkins Engines, Adtranz, Siemens, Christian Salvesens, Matalan Retail Limited, WM Morrisons, Iceland Foods to name a few.
In preparing our tenders for refurbishment work we would carry out a full site survey from ground floor, giving suggestions on products and systems idea for any situation. We can carry out roof surveys, but costs for plant and access equipment would apply as we require safe access.
