    Kevin Damarell

    Managing Director, BMS

    Kevin joined Lindum 1985 as a surveyor and has managed the Building Maintenance Services Division since 1990, becoming Group Director in 1998. He has an active interest in rugby union which, along with his 4 sons, keeps him busy outside of work. An avid reader, is a specialist in Roman History - our only Latin scholar.

    David Chambers

    Chairman

    David is the youngest son of the founder, John F Chambers. David became Chairman in 1991. Previously, he joined Citibank from UMIST, then set up and ran his own tennis business before joining Lindum in 1988. A former competitive tennis player, David now competes in the Over 50 events!

    Financial Director & Company Secretary

    Herman joined Lindum in 1987, having previously been Finance Director for Alcan Aluminium Intl in the UK. As Finance Director and Company Secretary for Lindum, he also leads our training and community involvement activities. Currently, he is Lincolnshire and World Circular Chess Champion - really!

    Mick Papworth

    Managing Director, KGM

    Joined Lindum in 1987 as a technician in KGM Roofing. He has a wealth of experience in estimating, construction management and is a Group Director, responsible for KGM Roofing. Mick says he is also the best bass guitarist the Fenlands has ever heard!

    Simon Gregory

    Managing Director, Construction

    Simon joined Lindum as a Construction Manager in 1998 from Bowmer & Kirkland, a national construction company. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, enjoys rugby and is an active sportsman with a sporty family. Also a leather clad speed merchant on two wheels!

    Paul McSorley

    Managing Director, Joint Venture Property

    Paul joined Lindum in 1987 as a young and ambitious trainee surveyor. Today, he heads up our Joint Ventures and Property Division for the Group. Paul is a Chartered Builder, previously MD of Lindum Construction. He is an active footballer and coach, as well as a keen sportsman and Liverpool supporter.
