Lindum operates under 12 trading names, or divisions, including Lindum Construction, Lindum Building & Maintenance Services [BMS], Lindum Plant Hire, Lindum Sturgeon, KGM Roofing, Lindum JV Developments, Lindum Homes, Lindum Joinery, Lindum Decorators, Lindum Security, Lindum Holdings & Lindum Waste Recovery.
All of the above trading names operate within a single Company Registration No, that of Lindum Group Ltd, which we believe is straightforward and transparent, as we try to be.
In order to focus on the needs of the client, each division has a General Manager or Director, with its own management team. Business Plans are set and coordinated within the overall framework of the Group’s aims and objectives.
Our Group Health & Safety and Environmental issues are managed by David Bellingham's team and Group Quality Assurance & Compliance is managed by Warren Glover and his team.
All employees have the opportunity to purchase shares in Lindum Group Ltd. At any one time, approximately 80% of employees have shares in the company, often through SAYE schemes. The scheme has been used as a case example [then the Chancellor, Gordon Brown] of sharing the benefits of success with employees.
Lindum Group Ltd's Executive Board includes David Chambers, Herman Kok, Kevin Damarell, Simon Gregory, Paul McSorley and Mick Papworth. The Directors have a combined 110 years experience of working at Lindum.
