Best Construction Company to Work for in the UK [edit]

LINDUM IS THE BEST CONSTRUCTION COMPANY TO WORK FOR IN THE UK.  Not a Company to rely on previous success, Lindum were once more determined to become one of only 100 Companies in the UK named in the prestigious Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work for Award in 2008.

Beating off stiff opposition from 868 companies, Lindum are delighted to be awarded 13th Place (lucky for some) at this year’s Awards Ceremony, held in London.

A special nomination was also received by Lindum in the category for ‘Best Company for Well Being’.  This 2nd place accolade acknowledges that Lindum provides a supporting working environment, with an emphasis on relieving stress and improving work/life balance.

Entry to the competition is based on confidential employee feedback via questionnaires – so employees get the chance to say what they really think and it is apparent that the 513 employees of Lindum that it is a great place to work!

In a separate local Awards Ceremony held at the Lawns in Lincoln, Lindum also proved what a great company they are when they became a Finalist in the Apprenticeship Employer of the Year award and WINNER of Entry to Employment category.
