LINDUM HELPS LOCAL COMMUNITY BUSINESS

Lindum has confirmed that it is to provide further investment in Lincoln City Football Club so that it can continue its quest for future league status and more.
Lindum has a long history with the football club and has been a shareholder and on the Board of Directors since 1996.
Stuart Mitchell will take over as the Lindum representative on the Board from Stuart Tindall who retired in December.
Stuart Mitchell said “Lindum has supported Lincoln City Football Club for many years as we recognise the important contribution they make to the local community. I am looking forward to working with the other Board Members in helping to secure the future of the organisation.”
David Chambers, Chairman of Lindum, said: “With the Club experiencing real difficulties, both on and off the pitch, Lindum has stepped in at a critical time to provide financial support in an endeavour to ensure the Club’s survival. This investment, along with that of the Chairman and other shareholders, is intended to give the Board time to re-structure the business to create a viable long term solution.
Our involvement is focused on helping to get the business operation on a viable footing. Success on the pitch can now be the main focus for the Club!”
