Student Experience "Working Life" at Lindum

A group of engineering students from Wolds College got first hand experience of what it is like to work in a busy vehicle servicing centre when they visited Lindum’s Plant Workshop on Thursday 3rd December. 

The 13 students, who are all on the full time motor vehicle course at Wold College in Louth, got a tour of the plant and vehicle maintenance facilities at Lindum’s Head Office in North Hykeham and had the chance to talk to the engineers and managers on site.

Paul Ryan, course tutor said “The visit lets our students see work being carried out in a large plant and machinery division like Lindums and speak to the technicians who do the work, see how quick they do things and how professional they are. This experience is invaluable in helping prepare them for going into the workplace themselves.”
