The Terrace

The Terrace consists of three multi-storey blocks of highly complex construction linked by raised glazed walkways on a sloping site. The buildings include workshop units, office accommodation, retail unit and cafe with associated toilets and circulation areas.
The facility includes solar and photovoltaic panels and any excess electricity produced is sold back to the National Grid.
