Our Resources
Being part of a larger Group has its benefits. We have around 450 directly employed staff at any one time, the majority of whom are in our operational teams, and these include our own bricklayers, joiners, groundworkers working with project managers and adminstrative staff. Our capacity is also strengthened by our construction support service operations, these include:
- A 12,000 sq ft modern Joinery workshop, based in Lincoln where, amongst other bespoke items, we manufacture high-quality reception counters, special sash windows, conservatories and home offices, for example. For further information on our Joinery resources, please click here.
- We invested in our own state-of-the-art Waste Recycling Centre, opened in 2004, which handles construction, demolition, agricultural, industrial and commercial waste, so that we can recycle the materials, thereby saving cost and contributing to improving the environment. In 2008 85% of the 32,000 tonnes of waste received was recycled. We are currently recycling 93% of the content of our site skips through this facility. - Our Plant Hire and Service operation, together with Transport, has the largest and most diverse equipment in Lincolnshire. We can provide plant and machinery for any type of construction work. For more information about our Plant Hire Services click here.
