We care about what we do and we want to work for you again. We aim to give very good value and our feedback suggests that clients appreciated this extra care and attention.
RELATIONSHIPS - PAST,PRESENT& FUTURE ... MEAN A LOT. We operate as a construction business by understanding and building relationships with our clients, getting to know properly what they need and require for their business. This approach has led to around 70% of our work being repeat business, though we are by no means complacent in a very competitive industry.
INNOVATIVE. We are a practical and innovative construction company, covering new build, refurbishment and maintenance with extensive expertise and specialists in the education, medical, food, retail and housing sectors.
PROJECTS UP TO £20M We can service new build contracts up to £20m and refurbishment projects up to a value of £12m. In house resources means that the client has the benefit of close attention and very good service at all times.
PROPERTY ASSISTANCE. We have a dedicated Joint Venture service that includes land sourcing, design and funding enabling local and regional projects to get off the ground through freehold or lease options. A different approach to your land and space use could make all the difference.
